The free plan costs nothing and includes 200 welcome credits at signup. Creator is $7.99 per month and Studio is $17.99 per month, both plus applicable taxes.
Billed annually, Creator is $88.99 per year and Studio is $197.99 per year, saving $6.89 and $17.89 a year respectively.
New accounts also get 25% off their first year on annual billing, or 25% off their first month on monthly, applied automatically at checkout. That brings a first year of Creator to $66.74, or about 37 cents per one-minute video. Every plan produces captions that look designed by default, with no styling work required, and no plan adds a watermark.
What is the difference between Creator and Studio?
Studio raises the ceiling for heavier use: 10-minute videos instead of 5, 4K export instead of 2K, 30 GB of cloud storage instead of 10, 750 MB per upload instead of 500, 8,000 monthly credits instead of 2,500, and priority support.
Both plans include every caption style, effect, and font, unlimited projects, 99+ languages, credit rollover, and SRT export.
How large can my uploads be?
Upload size depends on your plan: 300 MB per file on Free, 500 MB on Creator, and 750 MB on Studio.
Video duration also scales with plan: 1 minute on Free, 5 minutes on Creator, and 10 minutes on Studio.
Cloud storage is 500 MB on Free, 10 GB on Creator, and 30 GB on Studio.
What do credits cover?
Credits pay for transcription (100 per minute of video, AI clips included at no extra cost) and exports (25 to 100 depending on resolution).
Paid plans refresh credits every month, and unused credits roll over while your subscription is active.
Does the free plan include monthly credits?
The free plan comes with 200 welcome credits at signup, enough to caption and export your first video.
Free credits do not refresh monthly. Upgrade to Creator or Studio for a monthly credit allowance.
What is your refund policy?
Purchases are final. Credits are consumed as you transcribe, clip, and export, so we do not offer refunds on subscriptions or credit packs.
Failed or cancelled exports automatically return their credits to your balance.
